Terms of Service

These terms apply to Whimsy, the digital membership and web app offered under the Sunday Reset brand. The app is an optional paid companion to the free Sunday Reset email. By creating an account or using Whimsy, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
What membership includes
Whimsy includes the Sunday edit, My Shelf, supported Recipe Reader features, Day Out and member Community. Content, recommendations and availability may change. Not every external recipe website supports Reader imports. The service is designed to offer ideas, not guaranteed outcomes or personal, medical or professional advice.
Subscription and renewal
Monthly and annual plans are offered at the prices displayed on the sales page and checkout, plus applicable taxes. A plan automatically renews for the same billing period unless canceled. You may cancel future renewal through Account or your Paddle receipt/customer portal. Cancellation normally stops the next charge while leaving access until the current paid period ends. If an account is deleted, access may instead end immediately. A plan switch may take effect immediately and may not credit unused time; review any amount presented before confirming.
Who handles your order
Our order process is handled by Paddle.com, the merchant of record and seller for Whimsy subscription purchases. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, receipts, payment disputes and refunds. The Whimsy service and its content are provided by Sunday Reset. Your transaction is also governed by Paddle's buyer terms. For refund eligibility and instructions, see our Refund Policy.
Your account
Keep access to your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. You may use Whimsy for personal, noncommercial enjoyment and must not share or resell paid access, bypass membership checks, or use the service unlawfully.
Community guidelines
Be kind and specific. Share recommendations based on things you have genuinely marked Done, respect other members and their privacy, and post only material you have the right to share. Do not post harassment, threats, hateful content, spam, deceptive endorsements, illegal material or another person's private information. We may moderate or remove contributions and suspend abusive accounts. You retain ownership of your original contributions, while granting Whimsy permission to display them within the service until they are removed.
External links, availability and changes
Recommendations may link to booksellers, streaming services, maps and recipe sites outside Whimsy. We do not control their content or availability. We may improve, modify or discontinue parts of Whimsy, and may suspend access for security reasons. These terms do not exclude consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

The service is operated under the Sunday Reset brand (product: Whimsy). For product support, sign in and use Account → Help & support. For payments, receipts, refunds and cancellation assistance, visit Paddle buyer support. Where a legal entity name or mailing address is required for your jurisdiction, the operator will provide those details upon request. These terms may change, with the latest revision dated above.
